He is survived by: his wife Janice Bright Smith; his children, Megan Thomas (Scott), Michelle Tindal (Lee) and Michael Gentry (Ashley); his grandchildren, Matthew, Justin (Rose), Alex, Morgan, Bella, Livia, Cael and Eden; his siblings, Shawn Smith (Debbie), Susan Parsons (Buddy) and Paige Wright (Steve); and his close friends, Steve Chapman, Marc Booth and Frank Hanson.
