He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred McMullins and Gertrude McMullins Crawford; his sons, Larry "Shane" McMullins and Timothy Dunnaway; and his sister Jean Boldin.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry McMullins (Donna) and Elaine Persell (Bob); his children, Stephanie McMullins, Peyton Knighten (Justyn), Michael Dunnaway (Hillary), Jason Dunnaway (Rachel) and Tucker Dunnaway; and his grandchildren, Jaycelyn, Noah, Eli, Colton, Annaleigh, Ethan, Easton and Dylan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
