She was predeceased by: her father Ronald Timothy "Tim" Payne; and her grandfathers, Billy McCormick and Roscoe Payne (Leadie). She is survived by: her mother Tammy Seals Scurlock (David Jr.); her brother Austin Scurlock; and her grandparents, Patricia McCormick and Felston "Sonny" Seals Sr. (Carmen). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
