It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kay Frances (Blaylock) Scott (Pelham, Alabama), who passed away on January 11, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her husband James A. Scott; her children, Donald Joseph Toner, Charles David Toner and Ronda Toner Castillo; her grandsons, Kenneth McCullum, Daniel McCullum, Shane Toner and Michael Toner; and her close friend Pam Nagel. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, 2 cousins.
