It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn A. Mayo (Pelham, Alabama), born in Bemis, Tennessee, who passed away on October 10, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jesse Jordan and Thelma Jordan; her husband Robert B. Mayo; her siblings, Billy Jordan and Shirley Meek; her children, Robert Mayo, Jr. (Darla) and Cindy Mayo (Julie); her grandchildren, Lisa Schneider (Rob), Joe Mayo, Sam Schneider (Rachel), Kristen Schneider and Jack Schneider; and her nieces, Kathy Fisher (Scott) and Kelli Meoli (Michael).
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be provided in her honor to local Humane Society or Animal Rescue organizations.
