He was predeceased by: his son Jeffrey Neil Bloomer; his parents, Richard Bloomer, MD and Betty Glore Bloomer; and his brother Richard Bloomer, Jr.. He is survived by: his significant other Anne; his daughter Jennifer Bloomer Jeans, MD (Peter); his grandchildren, Kendra, Lauryn, Lindsay Jeans and Maya Bloomer; and his siblings, Judith Bloomer (Cris), John Bloomer (MaryAnne) and Rebecca Kettering (Jim).
