He was predeceased by: his wife Polly Cannon Ball. He is survived by: his son Charles Steven Ball "Steve" (Janet) of Vestavia Hills; his grandchildren, John Thomas Ball (Sarah), Charles Perrin Ball "Charlie" and Margaret Elizabeth Ball "Maggie"; his great grandchild Lena Elizabeth Ball; and his siblings, Ann Guin (Ed) and Ronnie Ball. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
