He was predeceased by: his parents, S. Hardaway Johnson and Mary Pearl Wood; and his siblings, Berry S. Johnson, Sr. and Peggy Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Martha V. Johnson; his son J. Bradford Johnson (Shannan); his grandsons, Aiden Johnson and Grayson Johnson; his sister Mary Welden Custer (Ken); and his nieces and nephews, Tammy Story (Damon), Renee Brooks (Jimmy), Sheree McCall (Britt), Berry Johnson, Jr. and Richard E. Robinson (Crissy).
