She was predeceased by: her husband William H. Palmer III (Bill); and her brother Frank Perkins. She is survived by: her children, Bill Palmer (Toni), John Palmer (Stephanie), Jim Palmer, Terri Carroll (John), Joanne Carroll (Bob) and Dianne Williams (Drake); and her brother Tom Perkins.
