He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Harbin, Jr. and Wilma Haynes Harbin; his wife Carita Walton; his children, Tim Harbin (Renee) and Crystal Outzen (Drew); and his grandchildren, Sean Harbin, Kayla Harbin, Kenley Outzen and Andrew Outzen.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to United Ability in honor of his grandson, Andrew Outzen.
