He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ira Campbell Price of Quincy and Corinne Elliott Hodges of High Springs, Florida.; his wife Roie Harris Price; and his children, Walter Burton (Barbara), Charles Wade (Suzi), Rebecca Corinne (Anthony) and Julia Helene (Gary). He was also cherished by eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
