He is survived by: his wife Barbara Robinson Manning; his sister Jane Manning Cline; his children, Mark Howard Manning (Stacey) and Cindy Manning Barr (Robert Jr); and his grandchildren, Lucy Manning Barr, Robert "Jake" E Barr III (Katelyn), Mark Stephen Riley Manning and Lorelai Marie Manning.
