He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Plemons and Myrtle Kell Plemons of Ellijay, GA.; his children, Lisa Kinyon and Tyler Kell Plemons; and his siblings-in-law, Bobbie Schladensky, Nancy Plemons, Robert Elders, James Foster and Ed Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Plemons; his sons, Phil Plemons (Lisa) and Andrew Angel (Melissa); his siblings, Betty Foster, Barbara Jones and Bill Plemons; his granddaughters, Amelia Mahfood (Andrew), Allie Plemons, Analea Angel, Kylie Angel and Molly Kinyon; his brothers-in-law, Ralph Elders, Ky Elders and Leo Schladensky; and his friends, Emily Blout, Laura Ford, Alice Hill and Ellen Neely. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
