She was predeceased by: her father Jack S. Barry; her parents-in-law, Robert and Leona Gurley; her brother-in-law James Wesley Hood; and her niece Carrie Hood Johnson.
She is survived by: her mother Opal Barry (Bootsie); her husband Robert E. Gurley, Jr.; her children, Robert Barry Gurley (Amy) and April Gurley Owen (Brandon); her grandchildren, John, Miller Winford, Annaleigh and Adalyn Owen; her siblings, Deborah Barry McConnell (James), Donna Barry Bell (Danny) and Jack Barry Jr. (Allison); and her sister-in-law Sandra Gurley Hood. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
