He is survived by: his sisters, Jill Toodle (John) of Collinsville, AL and Fallon Brewer (Scott) of Birmingham, AL; his nieces and nephews, Kiana, Joshua, Jillian, Josiah, Presley, Chloe and Barrett; and his partner's son Bennett of Vestavia Hills.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Jimmie Hale Mission or Greater Birmingham Humane Society, two organizations that Brian proudly supported.
