He was predeceased by: his former wife Abbie Carol Daugherty of Birmingham, AL; his parents, Arthur Shaw and Mary Shaw; his brothers, Norman and David Shaw; and his son Arthur Daugherty Shaw (Artie).
He is survived by: his sister Carole Shaw Tatum of Lawrenceville, GA.
