With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alma Williams Shirley of Pelham, Alabama, who passed away on December 7, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Antoinette Williams and William Alpheus Williams; her husband Alvis Shirley; and her siblings, W. A. Williams (Dean), Russell Williams, Douglas Williams and Johnny Williams (Ruby Nell).
She is survived by: her sons, Garry Shirley (Brenda), Ted Shirley (Betsy), Tim Shirley (Carolyn) and Dewayne Shirley (Gina); her sister Jean Wells (O. L. "Otis"); and her sisters-in-law, Betty Williams and Audrey Williams. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home (475 Cahaba Valley Rd, Pelham, AL 35124).
