He is survived by: his sons, Curtis Wayne Humphreys (Alyssa) and Jeremy Russell Humphreys (Kayla); his brother David "Dabo" Humphreys; his grandchildren, Brinnley, Kinsley Humphreys, Kaly Smitherman, Kily Kate and William Humphreys; and his nephew Jeffrey Shelton Allen.
