Roy Taylor Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Taylor of Parrish, Alabama, who passed away on August 8, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son David Taylor; his parents, Ottis Taylor and Sylvania Taylor; and his siblings, Florene Lollar, Luke Taylor, Andrew Taylor and Bill Taylor.

He is survived by: his wife Joy Powell Taylor; his children, Lynn Raines (Mike) and Russ Taylor (Robin); his sister Margaret McDonald; his grandchildren, Kelly Northington (Scott), Kyle Taylor (Sylvia), Jenny Killingsworth (Wesley) and Taylor Raines; and his great grandchildren, Andrew, Grant, Cooper, Ana, Leena, Chase and Murphy.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Parrish Church of Christ-Disaster Relief Fund.
