It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Busby of Parrish, Alabama, who passed away on May 1, 2021, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, L. B., Lucille Busby, Dewey and Betty Walls; and his father Benny Busby.
He is survived by: his wife Melissa McGill Busby of Parrish; his children, Brittney Busby (Corey) of Oakman, Chelsea Busby (Jay) of Orlando and Paxton Busby of Parrish; his stepson John Patton of Carbon Hill; his grandchildren, Kasen Harvill and Sawyer Harvill of Oakman; his mother Janice Jackson (Darryl) of Sumiton; and his siblings, Scotty Busby (Tessa) of Sumiton and Sissy Laird (Billy) of Prattville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
