He is survived by: his wife Clydie Sue Hendrix Patterson of Parrish, AL.; his sons, Bobby Ray Patterson of Carbon Hill, AL. and Joseph Rix (Kelly) of Kimberly, AL.; and his grandsons, Braxton Cole, Nathan Cameron, Walker Rhett and Halle Britt.
