She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Lewis and Johnnie Bell Lewis (Dean); her husband Manley Tolar, Sr.; her siblings, George Lewis and Peggy Burnett; and her great grandchild Addie Kate White.
She is survived by: her children, Manley Tolar, Jr., Debbie Shirley (Tim) and Teresa Addison (Jimmy); and her grandchildren, Brad Addison (Anna), Callie White (Clarke), Dustin Shirley (Leah), Ryan Shirley (Whitney), Josh Tolar and Brantley McNeill (Jordan).
