It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Sue McCorkel of Pansey, Alabama, born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on September 1, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Ralph Tice (Geraldine Boswell Tice) and Sue; her siblings, Louann Love and Malcom Tice; and her grandson Cason McCorkel.
She is survived by: her husband Don McCorkel; her sons, Chris McCorkel (Kristina), Shawn McCorkel (Whitney) and Jason McCorkel (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Gage Lee, Chase McCorkel, Stratton McCorkel, Haze McCorkel, Kelley Liles, Kendall Liles, Karson Liles and Jazmine Moore; and her sister Sandy Culbreth (Donny). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
