He is survived by: his wife Cyndi Harper; his daughter Joni Eubanks (Tre); his stepchildren, Jonathan Powers (Amanda), Brian Powers (Rebecca) and Lauren Turner (Scott); his grandchildren, Devin Peterson, James Powers, Hunter Eubanks, Logan Powers, Jaydin Powers, Cooper Powers, Dylan Turner, Charlee Jo Turner and Westin Powers; and his brothers, Jody Harper (June Cummings) and Cedric Harper (Maxine). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In consideration of community health and public safety due to the COVID 19 Virus, a graveside service will be held for family and close friends at 2 pm on Sunday, May 24, 2020 in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Greg Aman officiating.
