With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jane B. Thompson in Pansey, Alabama, who passed away on January 19, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Jane had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Jane may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Bieber and Elizabeth McFadden Bieber; her husband John E. Thompson; her grandson Adam Thompson; and her daughters-in-law, Debbie Thompson and Connie Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Thompson, Joe Thompson (Paula), Jimmy Thompson and Alice Whitman (Wayne); her sister-in-law Delores O'Keefe; and her friend Celia Piccini. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bethel Baptist Church (3257 E Cottonwood Rd, Dothan, AL 36301). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
