He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Bell and Gladys Bell; his stepmother Edna Mae Peacock Bell; and his daughter Shannon Bell Andrews. He is survived by: his siblings, Ouida Duke of Webb, AL and Larry Bell (Lynne); his grandchildren, Carly Andrews and Madison Andrews; his former wife Clarene Branch Bell; and his nieces and nephews, Angela Mixon (Jerry), Brittney Bell, Mike Duke and Kevin Duke (Alice).
