He was predeceased by: his parents, Early Oliver and Eunice Inez Sellers Seay; and his brothers, Jerry Seay and Harvey Seay. He is survived by: his wife Susan Shedden Seay of Pansy, AL; his children, Colby Seay of Fadette, AL and Jami Korneder of Quantico, VA; his stepsons, Jonathan Shedden of Pansy, AL and Jeffrey Shedden (Camille); his siblings, Linda Prater of Enterprise, AL, Doris Bryan of Geneva, AL, Ronnie Seay (Susan) of Geneva, AL, Gary Seay (Marie) of Taylor, AL and Larry Seay of Dothan, AL; and his close friend Joann Pynes. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
