With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel M. Roper of Palmerdale, Alabama, born in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on November 30, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Roper; her parents, Charles Hershal and Lydia Irene Srofe; and her great great grandchild Zack. She is survived by: her children, Jim, Deborah (John), Donna (James) and Dana; her grandchildren, Christy (Danny), Johnny (Kim), Rich, Jimmy Kevin, Jason, Jeffrey (Bridget) and Matt; and her siblings, Bobby Srofe and Dorothy Shadix. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren.
