He is survived by: his sisters, Faye Kimsey and Sandy Lee; his wife Chong Suk "Suzie" Meacham; and his sons, Billy Wayne Meacham (Sharon) of Ozark, Jimmy Lee Meacham (Syndee) of Ozark and Ralph Edward Meacham (Vicki) of Ozark. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
