He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Hall Patrick; his daughters, Miranda Lisenby (Nate) and Kadie Matthews (Austin); his sisters, Liz Helms Spencer (Mark) and Deborah Jackson (Joey); his grandchildren, Eli, Alana, Amelia, Madison and Sawyer; his niece Christina Hayse (Mike); his nephew Jeremy Fink (Kylie); and his pet Bobtail.
