He is survived by: his son Chris Hartzog (Brandy); his grandsons, Will Hartzog and Drew Hartzog; and his siblings, Malinda "Joyce" Clark, Barbara Rhodes (Franklin "Jeff"), Bruce Hartzog and Terry Hartzog. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
