He was predeceased by: his parents, Theophilus Wiggins and Zadie Zeffie Herndon Wiggins; his wife Elizabeth Loggins Wiggins; his daughter Gloria Diane Sessoms; and his stepsons, Danny and Ricky Cosper.

He is survived by: his children, Kathryn Elaine Campbell (Jerry), Rockingham, Donna Lynn Davis (John), Michael Wiggins (Melissa) and Johnny Cosper; and his siblings-in-law, Beverly Holtzclaw and Frank Loggins of Griffin, GA. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
