He was predeceased by: his wife Sul Sun Kim Bracken; his parents, Vernon Everette Bracken and Gussie Frances Mitchell Bracken; and his brother Charlie Richard Owens. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Frances, Everett, Jimmie Bracken and Kolbie; his daughter Jennifer; his great grandchildren, Ray and Deborah; and his daughter Nicole (Justina). He is also survived by (grandchildren) and three great grandchildren.
