He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Megan Mefford McLendon; his children, Sophia McLendon of Ozark, Annabelle Davis of Ozark and Joseph McLendon of Ozark; his parents, Richard McLendon (Susan) of Farnham, VA and Tammy Layton Baker (Steve); his brothers, Braxton McLendon of Farnham, VA and Dylan Deloney (Whitney); his grandparents, Thomas Layton, Shirley Segers, Blue Springs, Eugene, Mildred McLendon and Elamville; his parents-in-law, Tony and Angela Mefford; and his brothers-in-law, Todd Mefford (Andrea) of Kinston, NC, Zachery Mefford and Wicksburg. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
