He was predeceased by: his parents, Gross Dock Tolbert and Bernice Bryan Tolbert; his brother Dennis Lee Tolbert; his great-niece Nora; and his great-nephew Neil Chapman.
He is survived by: his significant other Carolyn Dunn Tolbert; his sister Tanya Roberts (Jim); his brother-in-law Roy Dunn (Betty); his nieces and nephews, Rebecca Culley (Tony), Lee Dunn, Matthew Dunn (Brandy), Nathan Dunn (Amy), Meagan Chapman (Jonathan), Jarod Roberts and Tracy Tolbert (Mitch); and his great-nieces, Abbie and Allie Dunn.
