He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling Hughes and Echo Hughes. He is survived by: his wife Louise Maund Hughes; his niece Janice Derby (Mike) of Rainer, OR; and his siblings-in-law, William Mellinger (Delores), Jeanette Coaker of Ozark and Frances Maund of Ozark.
