He was predeceased by: his parents, Estelle Parrish Turner and Obie J. Turner; his wife Tommie P. Turner; and his siblings, Mary Ella Cantrell and James Billy Turner.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741 Mr. Turner, son of the late Estelle Parrish Turner and Obie J. Turner, was a native of the Asbury Community.
