She is survived by: her husband Robert D. Phillips; her children, Cynthia Marie Peters Holzer (Jay), Anthony Keith Peters (Vida) and Robert Douglas Phillips, II (Tiffanie) of Talladega, AL; and her siblings, Faye Seaman of Ozark, Merle Holder of Ozark, Reba Potts (Keith) of Cincinnati, OH, Beverly Rogers, Billy Pruitt Rogers, Eldridge Rogers, David Rogers Mobile (Barbara) and Jackie Rogers (Bridgett).
