He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Starling and Esta Mae Odom Starling; his siblings, Sallie Thompson, Sue Whitehead, Darlis Boles, James Carroll Starling and Tommie Ray Starling; his wife Patsy Ping Starling; his stepson Johnny W. Brown (Billie Ann) of Davenport, FL; his brothers, Donnie Starling of Ozark and Greg Starling of Ozark; his stepgrandchildren, T. J. Brown and Cody Brown; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Rylan Brown and Asher Brown. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
