He is survived by: his wife Lynn Scott Smith Sanders; his son Roger Ozene Sanders, Jr. (Dana); his stepchildren, Christy Lane (David) of Ozark and Joey Smith (Nicole); his sister Ramona J. Gardner; his sister-in-law Debbie Sanders; his brother Reggie Sanders; his grandchildren, Liam Sanders, Johnathan Sanders, Sabrina Sanders, Austin Tyler, Brittany Nicole Lane, David Lane, Jr., Adriana Smith, Eyan Smith and Jaydon Godwin; and his great grandchild Adalyn Kate Elrod. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home (508 Faust Ave, Ozark, AL 36360). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
