He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Edward Crosby and Margaret E. Brabham Crosby; and his daughter-in-law Beverly Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Hulene Lunsford Stevens Crosby; his sons, John (Jennifer Crosby), Scott (Melissa Crosby), Blaine (Teresa Stevens) and Chris (Kim Stevens); his grandchildren, Clay Crosby, Gwyn Crosby, Mason Stevens (Haley), Tucker Stevens, Harris Stevens and Pierce Stevens; his great grandchildren, Sophie Grace Stevens and Mary Mason Stevens; his siblings, Ed (Venita Crosby), Dean (Pam Crosby) and Nancy; and his brother-in-law Ed Schufflebarger.
