He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Minning and Margaret Tooth Minning; his wife Annie; his daughter Melissa Minning; and his sister Margaret Hurley.
He is survived by: his children, Marie Monk (Mark) and Robert A. Minning, Jr. (Teena); and his grandchildren, Johnathon Minning (Erika), Alex Monk, Breanna Monk, Sarah Luensman (Ryan), Katrina Jacobs (Jacob), Corey Martin (Jessica) and Paige McBroom. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The military honors was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Westview Cemetery.
