It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reginald Samuel of Ozark, Alabama, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Ananias Samuel; his grandmother Ruby Samuel; and his stepson Antonio Rout. He is survived by: his mother Mary L. Samuel; his wife Elfreida Samuel; his children, Jessica M. Ross Bello (Rafiu), Elfrida Box (Joseph), Kennaque Ross Calhoun, Stanley Vanzant, Jr. and Daniel Ross; his brother Vincent Samuel; his cousin Cynthia Webb; his grandchildren, Selena Cowser, Janisha Cowser, Christian Ross, Kayla Watson and Calvin Sharp; and his great grandchildren, Xolani Cowser and Navaeh Ross. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
