She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Rodgers (Tom) and Mary Jane Meadows Rodgers; her husband Willie R. Everett; and her daughters, Johnnie Mae Purvis and Annie Mae Pitts.

She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Mell Boykin, Ola Mae Rodgers, Annie Carol Thomas, Sandy Rodgers, George Rodgers, Thomas Rodgers and Mildred Rodgers Jones; her daughter Willia Dean Rodgers; her siblings, Jeremiah Rodgers and Clara Rodgers Knighton; and her grandchildren, Clarice D. Rumph, Nathaniel B. Rumph, Laura Nazario (William), Tusha Rumph of Ozark, AL, Lisa Pitts of Norwalk, CT and LaDonna Pitts. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
