With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Morris M. C. Buchanan of Ozark, Alabama, who passed away on February 16, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Jack Buchanan (Willie Mae) and Mary Buchanan; and his daughter Robin Buchanan. He is survived by: his wife Mae Francis Buchanan of Ozark, Alabama.; his sons, Tyrone Buchanan of Ft. Lauderdale, Ben Buchanan of Ft. Lauderdale, Barrington Buchanan of Ft. Lauderdale, Calvin Buchanan of Ft. Lauderdale and T. C. Hicks of Ft. Lauderdale; and his sisters, Lois Gallimore of Crescent City, Ann Jones of Ft. Lauderdale, Valerie Terry of Daleville, Ala., Helen Jones of Broxton, Bobbie Smith of Broxton and Bettye Smith of Broxton. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
