She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Winston Szichak and Mary Catherine York Szichak; her husband Marion Frederic Denton; and her siblings, Joseph Winston "Sunny" Szichak, Howard Szichak, Frances Urps, Helon Stubbo, Charles Szichak and Benjaman Szichak.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Jo C. DeKoekkoek; her son-in-law Keith M. DeKoekkoek; her grandchildren, Mary Danielle Dunegan (Calvin A. Dunegan) and Dustin Ryan Havens; and her siblings, Srivera Cobb (Sis), Andy Szichak, Patricia Lawson (Trish) and Nick Szichak.
