He was predeceased by: his father Marvin Percy Franks, Sr.; and his siblings, Joyce Whitt and Henry Franks. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Stewart Franks of Ozark; his sons, Kevin Franks (Jamie) of Brewton and Kyle Franks (Jessi) of Ozark; and his grandchildren, Kyleigh Franks, Avarie Franks, Braelynn Franks, Amelia Franks and Lillian Franks.
