It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Starkey of Ozark, Alabama, born in Dover, Delaware, who passed away on March 25, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Starkey and Elizabeth Starkey; and his close friend James Michael Bryan. He is survived by: his sister Nancy Clements of Middletown, DE; and his grandchildren, Addison Starkey, Able Starkey, Connor Baker, Wyatt Baker, Lily Bryan, Gabe Bryan and Miranda Bryan.
