He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Lamuel Lamaskas Whitman; his wife Annette Peel Whitman; his children, Reverend Mike Whitman (Keisha), Michelle Whitman and McKenzie Whitman; his sisters-in-law, Donna Kraselsky (Barry) and Pam Jackson; his grandchildren, Dustin Whitman (Cheyanne), Ashley Gibson (Andy), Matthew Whitman, Brian McNeal (Amy), Ben McNeal (Amber) and Meghan McNeal; and his great grandchild Marleigh Whitman.
