She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Phillips and Hazel Price Phillips; and her husband Melvin Smith. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Thomley and Frankie McLaney (Robin) of Ozark; her grandsons, Joshua McLaney and Dalton Thomley; her brother Paul Phillips; her stepdaughter Vickie Brinkman (Howard); her stepgrandchildren, Mike Brinkman and Kendall Brinkman; and her caregivers, Mary Anne Wilkerson and Bernice Gray.
